Granulicatella adiacens, a recent taxonomic addition, is commensal organism of the oral, gastrointestinal, and urogenital tracts rarely encountered in orbit eye.We present 46-year-old Caucasian woman with chronic dacryocystitis who underwent an external dacryocystorhinostomy was found to have G. adiacens.This unusual causative isolated nasolacrimal system and, our knowledge, first reported case associated adiacens.
