Abstract Cutaneous plasmacytosis is rarely reported in veterinary medicine, but far more described human medicine. Extramedullary plasmacytomas are plasma cell tumours without bone marrow involvement. Abstract Gastrointestinal stromal tumours are mesenchymal‐origin previously misclassified as leiomyosarcomas in dogs. They uncommon dogs; however, their prevalence may have been underestimated. The systemic effects of gastrointestinal dogs need to be better understood. This case report describes the complications and treatment a dog with paraneoplastic hypoglycaemia transient hyperglycaemia caused by tumours.
