Solar cell heterostructures based on PEDOT:PSS/Si heterojunction with a flat and microrelief interfaces of pyramidal inverted pyramids type, unmodified chemically doped PEDOT:PSS films have been fabricated. The maximum efficiency 6.14% was obtained for solar type interface film, which is five times higher than structure interface. It shown that an increase in the occurred both due to decrease optical losses from textured Si improvement electrical parameters polymer layer chemical doping DMSO.

The dependence of conductivity the composite PEDOT:PSS with embedded carbon nanotubes films on method its preparation was investigated.
