This study evaluates the impact of heavy metals (zinc, copper and cadmium) on development metabolic responses maize (Zea mays) variety “Torro Plus”. The aim of this work was to study the chemical composition essential oil extracted from ginger rhizomes (Zingiber officinale Roscoe) and cardamom seeds (Elettaria cardamomum (L.) Maton).
