We present a case of twin pregnancy in which one fetus developed rapidly growing unilateral intrathoracic tumor. While cystic adenomatoid malformation was suspected the ultrasound scan, magnetic resonance scan suggested pulmonary blastoma or bronchioalveolar carcinoma.
