We present a case of twin pregnancy in which one fetus developed rapidly growing unilateral intrathoracic tumor. While cystic adenomatoid malformation was suspected the ultrasound scan, magnetic resonance scan suggested pulmonary blastoma or bronchioalveolar carcinoma. Postnatal chest radiography and contrast-enhanced computed tomography affected newborn were performed, it ruled out possibility malignant origin.
