The aim of this study was to generate knowledge on the most important milk quality and safety attributes, including somatic cell count (SCC), total bacterial (TBC), Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Brucella spp. antibodies antibiotic residues in chain from farm collection center (MCC) Rwanda.
