Abstract In this work an effective approach of tuning the microstructures and enhancing coercivity hot‐deformed Nd‐Fe‐B magnets without obvious remanence loss by adding graphene nanoplatelets (GNPs) is proposed. Based on microstructure characterization, adjacent Nd 2 Fe 14 B grains interfaces are in polygonal shape with small grain size less than 100 nm, GNPs mainly around melt‐spun ribbons. Due to outstanding mechanical, electrical, thermal properties, can act as steric hindrance additives...
The obstacles of inferior microstructure and poor magnetic properties (La,Ce)–Fe–B type magnets stand in the way expanding their applications. In this work, melt-spun ribbons were prepared with different La/Ce ratios rare earth contents. these investigated. With ratio increased, fraction CeFe 2 phase decreased β -La segregated among matrix grains, which deteriorated coercivity ribbons. Reducing content effectively suppressed improved proportion Here, optimal alloy composite (La 15 Ce 85 ) 14...
A modified process for the production of ammonium phosphate fertilizer from middle-quality ore was proposed. In this process, dilute phosphoric acid produced by dihydrate is neutralized ammonia and slurry then concentrated. This effectively solved scaling in heater during concentration. Moreover, containing impurities can now be used. The pilot test showed that less corrosive, longer operation periodic time, scaling, easy cleaning made it superior to traditional process.
Aiming at refining the unideal microstructure and magnetic performance of sintered Ce–Fe–B magnets, La was introduced into alloy. The role addition on properties revolution magnet investigated in this study. results suggested that substitution could obstacle phase structure deterioration during sintering process maintained high 2:14:1 proportion. Meanwhile, uniform grain size continuous RE-rich boundary appeared with addition, which be attributed to segregation behaviors element enhanced...
