We report a case of mono-microbial post-cesarean necrotizing fasciitis caused by methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, in low-risk healthy woman who presented with acute fulminant infection, sepsis and features multi-organ dysfunction syndrome on sixth post-operative day.
