It is essential to understand the modification mechanism of hydrophobicity nano-CaCO3 their potential application in different fields chemistry. However, water absorption seldom studied. In this study, Raman, BET and TGA experiments were performed on samples obtain surfactants contents microstructure characteristics. SEM, TEM DSL results showed that modified by stearic acid sodium stearate had larger particle size smaller nanoclusters. vapor adsorption test, order saturation capacity was...
Abstract The preparation of high‐filled composites by compounding with calcium carbonate (CaCO 3 ) and polymer has received much attention. However, challenges such as enhancing the interaction between CaCO improving performance resulting need to be addressed. In this paper, a high filler content were made adding fillers various gradations into unsaturated polyester resin (UPR). mechanical properties, curing degree, component distribution, structural phases blends analyzed universal testing...
Microwave curing technology has been widely used in resin and its composite materials. In order to study effect for unsaturated polyester (UPR) composites containing calcium carbonate (CaCO3) filler, this paper first investigated the influence of microwave power irradiation time on characteristics UPR. Then, CaCO3 particles were added UPR investigate CaCO3. The results showed that could heat sample evenly, rapidly cause chain growth reaction, thus greatly shortening time. degree products...
Abstract Fisheye lenses are widely used in scene surveillance, robot navigation and engineering measurement due to their wide field of view short focal length. However, the image taken by fisheye lens has a large degree distortion, so correction is key point research. In this paper based on distortion coal mine underground video surveillance system, latitude longitude coordinate method, spherical perspective projection method panoramic stitching commonly compared given an improved algorithm....
Summary Fresh wet Dousi (FWD) is a traditional Chinese food made from rice and beans through milling dry heating. However, its drawback of storage stability at low temperatures (4 °C) challenges the market development. Thus, soy protein isolate (SPI) was incorporated to improve structure, starch retrogradation water distribution. SPI reduced FWD's peak viscosity, trough final viscosity setback values. Additionally, hardness, enthalpies (ΔH), crystallinity infrared absorbance ratio 1047/1022...
Nanocomposites of polystyrene with α‐type zirconium phosphate (PS/ZrP) and the combination multiwalled carbon nanotubes (PS/ZrP/CNTs) were synthesized via emulsion polymerization. The influence replacement ZrP by CNTs on morphology evolution thermal properties materials studied. Transmission electron microscopy observations showed that at an optimum weight ratio facilitated ideal homogeneous dispersion nanoplatelets in PS/ZrP/CNTs nanocomposite. Thermal comparative studied thermogravimetric...
Abstract In this article, aiming at the problems of low mechanical properties and unstable structure binder in inorganic artificial stone, performance improvements were studied. The effects 12 materials blast-furnace slag (BFS), fly ash (FA), kaolin on microstructure binders systematically studied analyzed. As a result, compressive strength BFS-2, FA-1, FA-2 was increased by 10.0, 6.0, 1.5%, flexural 44.8, 79.2, 1.3%, respectively. It worth noting that BFS FA could effectively promote...
