Abstract Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) time series data presents a unique opportunity to understand the behavior of temporal brain connectivity, and models that uncover complex dynamic workings this organ are keen interest in neuroscience. We motivated develop accurate change point detection network estimation techniques for high-dimensional whole-brain fMRI data. To end, we introduce factorized binary search (FaBiSearch), novel method structure multivariate order large-scale...

However, function declines gradually ESHP. Extracorporeal circulation systems are associated with induction of systemic inflammatory stress responses. The most widely used inputs in classification models of brain disorders such as early mild cognitive impairment (eMCI) or Alzheimer's disease are estimates static-based functional connectivity (SFC) and sliding window dynamic (swDFC). Although these methods convenient for estimation computational purposes, it keeps the tractable, they present a simplified version highly integrated phenomenon. Change point (cpDFC) methods, which far less commonly used, offer an alternative to swDFC...

Abstract We investigated the adsorption characteristics of hydroxyatrazine (HA) and introduced a relatively simple method to analyze extract compound from wetland sediment. Although concentration HA could be easily measured using an amino‐phase HPLC column, one should cautious not use solvent programs that interfere with atrazine (A). The characteristic on sediment was roughly linear distribution coefficient 0.057 L/g. About 90% adsorbed recovered our heated extraction method.
