目的 探讨健康宣教对蛇咬伤患者焦虑状态及满意度的影响。 方法 将本院2015年1月至2016年6月收治的蛇咬伤患者40例作为观察组，将2013年6月至2014年12月收治的蛇咬伤患者37例作为对照组，对照组实施急诊常规治疗及护理，观察组在对照组的基础上增加健康宣教，包含蛇咬伤知识宣教、饮食宣教、用药宣教、体位宣教及心理宣教，比较两组患者干预后的焦虑状况及满意度。 结果 观察组干预后的SAS评分为（36.9±5.8）分，对照组评分为（47.3±7.4）分，观察组评分显著低于对照组，P<0.01；观察组干预后的满意度情况显著优于对照组，P<0.05。 结论 健康宣教可改善蛇咬伤患者的焦虑状态，提升满意度。
Objective To investigate the mutual prediction relationship between peer and internalizing problem.
