Four aluminum surfaces with wettability varied from superhydrophilic to superhydrophobic were prepared by combining an etching and a coating process. Polystyrene-block-poly(2-cinnamoylethyl methacrylate), PS-b-PCEMA, forms spherical micelles with PCEMA corona and PS core in THF/acetonitrile 10%, by volume, of THF.
