Autism spectrum disorder (ASD) is a neurodevelopmental characterized by impairments in social communication and interaction, stereotypical behaviors, restricted interests or activities present during early periods of development. Obesity, which an important public health problem, also becoming serious problem individuals with ASD. In this case report, we aimed to represent the multidisciplinary medical psychiatric treatment 16-year-old adolescent ASD obesity who was consulted for bariatric surgery.
