Background: Renovascular disease underlies 5–10% of all childhood hypertension. We evaluated the long-term outcomes percutaneous transluminal renal angioplasty (PTRA) for pediatric renovascular hypertension (RVH).
Spontaneous renal artery dissection (SRAD) is a rare cause of failure and renovascular hypertension, with the diagnosis often being delayed treatment varying across different centers. The objective this retrospective cohort study was to scrutinize characteristics, modalities, outcomes patients SRAD at our center over past ten years. Furthermore, sought identify most suitable options for categories SRAD.
