Dual-doped graphitic carbon CoOP@bio-C with hierarchical microporous structures was prepared from a sustainable waste biomass, peanut shell, CO<sub>2</sub> gas as the activating agent through thermal-reduction method. The resulting material displays an overall superior electrocatalytic activity for ORR to commercial Pt/C.

Hydroxyapatite whisker was the reinforcement phase to prepare whisker/calcium phosphate cement composites, which obtained by homogeneous precipitation method, with 2.5~15 microns in length, 2~30 length/diameter ratio.
