Case: We report a case of chronic, irreducible carpometacarpal (CMC) dislocation the thumb, which was managed with trapeziometacarpal arthrodesis. Conclusion: This demonstrates that arthrodesis is suitable salvage procedure for CMC dislocations thumb.
