The sol-gel auto-combustion procedure was used to synthesize M (M = Mg, Ni, and Zn) substituted Co0.5Cu0.2M0.3Fe2O4 micro ferrites. X-ray diffraction measurements validated the mono-phase formation nanocrystalline character of produced samples. It possesses a monophasic cubic-spinel lattice structure with an average crystallite size ranging from 29.01 47.17 nm. constant determined by XRD analysis falls between 8.374 8.474 Å. morphological characteristics were shown using FESEM analysis,...
Cu-Cr substituted magnesium ferrite materials (Mg1 − xCuxCrxFe21 xO4 with x = 0.0–0.7) have been synthesized by the solid state reaction method. XRD analysis revealed prepared samples are cubic spinel single phase face centered cubic. A significant decrease of ∼41.15 nm in particle size is noted response to increase substitution level. The room temperature resistivity increases gradually from 0.553 × 105 Ω cm (x 0.0) 0.105 108 0.7). Temperature dependent DC-electrical all samples, exhibits...
MgFe 2 O 4 ferrite has excellent magnetic behavior and high resistive material. The properties of Mg were investigated by solid state reaction method. In this work, our aim is to synthesize using oxide precursors (i.e.MgO Fe 3 ).The samples pre-calcined at 800 o C for 5 hours calcined 1000 6 have the single phase cubic spinel structure. The composition, micro-morphology, elemental analysis Wyckoff sites products Mg-Fe-O system characterized x-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy...
