The assessment of a hazard resulting from the pollution environment by chemical compounds is in principle limited to determination their concentrations its various compartments. But for solving many problems this context, knowledge emission sources, transport pathways, and sites deposition great benefit. By far largest amounts pollutants, regardless where they were discharged, end up soil or aquatic environment. defining source origin like PAHs, PCBs environment, especially areas are emitted...

Pharmaceutical consumption continues to grow constantly. Unused/expired pharmaceuticals are disposed of the municipal sewage system or waste disposal. Consequently, many countries have implemented a collecting pharmaceutical waste, with pharmacies playing an important role. It is educate consumers on rational and appropriate disposal unused/expired identify level public awareness. Two studies were conducted in Poland estimate problem collection expired/unused pharmaceuticals. The purpose...

The impact of fluorine on plants remains poorly understood. We examined duckweed growth in extracts soil contaminated with leached from chicken manure. Additionally, levels were analyzed fresh manure, outdoor-stored and samples at varying distances the manure pile. Fresh contained 37–48 mg F− × kg−1, while 2.1 to 4.9 kg−1. evaluated physiological effects cultured or 50% Murashige–Skoog (MS) medium supplemented concentrations matching those (2.1 L−1), as well 0, 4, 210 L−1. Duckweed exposed...
