We demonstrate a facile fabrication technique for highly conductive and transparent thin graphene films. Sheet conductivity of Langmuir–Blodgett assembled multi-layer films is enhanced through doping with nitric acid, leading to fivefold improvement while retaining the same transparency as un-doped resistivity such chemically improved reaches 10 , optical transmittance 78% in visible. When are encapsulated, sheet effect stable time. In addition, stacking multiple layers, well dependence upon...

Humidity sensing is important to a variety of technologies and industries, ranging from environmental industrial monitoring medical applications. Although humidity sensors abound, few available solutions are thin, transparent, compatible with large-area sensor production flexible, almost none fast enough perform human respiration through breath detection or real-time finger proximity via skin sensing. This work describes chemiresistive graphene-based produced in steps facile liquid phase...

Graphene films prepared from solution and deposited by Langmuir–Blodgett self-assembly technique (LBSA) were treated with radio-frequency (13.56 MHz) nitrogen plasma in order to investigate the influence of time exposure on work function, sheet resistance, surface morphology LBSA graphene films. Kelvin probe force microscopy resistance measurements confirm functionalization our films, Fermi level shifting a direction that indicates binding pyridinic and/or pyrrolic site. Upon 1 min exposure,...

Photosynthetic reaction center proteins (RC) purified from purple bacterial strains were deposited on graphene layer prepared by liquid phase exfoliation and light-induced resistance change was measured. By measuring the temperature dependence of bare RC covered comparing with one inactivated protein unfolding, two effects possible to separate. One them is due effect. The other clearly indicates a electric/electronic interaction between charge flow in pair within protein, which is,...
