In this paper the results of measurements total cross sections for $^{11}\mathrm{Li}+^{28}\mathrm{Si}$ reaction in beam energy range $7A$--$25A$ MeV are presented. The experimental were obtained by registration prompt gamma and neutron radiation accompanying interaction $^{11}\mathrm{Li}$ nuclei with $^{28}\mathrm{Si}$ nuclei. calculated based on a numerical solution time-dependent Schr\"odinger equation external weakly bound neutrons projectile nucleus $^{11}\mathrm{Li}$. good agreement data.
