세계적으로 식용곤충은 중요한 잠재적 미래식량으로 전망되고 있으며, 식용곤충 및 이를 이용한 제품을 개발하고 보급하기 위해서는 식용곤충에 대한 소비자 인식에 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성인 453명 (남자 172명, 여자 281명)을 대상으로 2018년 12월부터 2019년 1월까지 인식, 구매 섭취 실태를 설문조사한 후 성별 연령에 따라 비교 분석하였다. 식용곤충을 인지하고 있는 대상자는 87.0% 이었으며, 알고 식용곤충의 종류는 벼메뚜기 (92.4%), 누에번데기 (70.3%) 순이었고 정보는 방송·신문·잡지·인터넷 기사 광고에서 얻는다는 응답 (36.8%)이 가장 높았다. 식용곤충(제품)의 또는 경험은 남자가 여자보다 유의하게 높았으며 (45.9% vs. 31.0%, p ＜ 0.01), 연령증가에 유의적으로 높았다 (p 0.001). 이용해본 (76.5%), (63.9%) 순이었으며, 구매한 곳은 음식점 (42.2%), 제품의 형태는 조리식품 (42.2%)이...

본 연구는 부모의 이혼을 경험하고 부모와 분리되어 조손가정에서 양육되며 위축 및 우울, 가족 적응 문제를 있는 아동을 대상으로 한 미술치료의 사례연구이다. 이를 위하여 부모 이혼 후 양육되고 9세 연구 참여자로 선정하고, 2022년 7월부 터 11월까지 주 1회, 50분간 총 18회기로 미술치료를 진행하였다. 또 아동･청소년행동평가척도 검사(CBCL6-18)와 동적 가족화 그림 검사(KFD)를 사전-사후로 실시하여 변화과정 결과를 확인하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통해 참여자의 위축감과 우 울감이 줄어들고, 주도적이며 자발적인 모습을 보이는 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 참여자가 가족원들과 관계를 회복하고 싶은 욕구를 표현함으로써 미술치료가 문제에 도움이 되었음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이와 같은 통하여 연구자는 경험한 아동의 위축감 우울감을 완화하고, 변화된 구조의 가족에 대한 적응에 있어 효과적 인 중재 방법임을 연구의 미술치료 사례를 바탕으로 향후 다양한 프로그램의...
