1.病例简介:患者男,65岁.左侧颌下淋巴结肿大1个月,于2004年8月2日入院行肿物切除术.术中所见:肿物大小约为3.5 cm×2.5 cm×2.0 cm,灰白色,质硬,与周围组织粘连、固定,活动度较差.患者曾于9年前发现右颌下淋巴结肿大而行肿物切除术,术后病理诊断为非霍奇金淋巴瘤,B免疫母细胞型,高度恶性.在随后半年内应用CHOP方案化疗4疗程,放疗25次(总放射计量5000 cGy),肿物消失.3年前右颌下淋巴瘤复发,予以CHOP方案化疗6疗程,肿物消失.1年前右颌下淋巴瘤再次复发,化疗效果不明显。
