Current mobile networks are facing dramatic growth in wireless traffics due to the prosperity of streaming media services. Cooperative edge caching, enabling multiple nodes cache and share contents by exploiting spatial/temporal user request differentiation, is regarded as a promising method enhance Quality Experience (QoE). However, frequent content sharing between BSs consumes operation cost such usage cross-edge bandwidth energy consumption. Therefore, new challenges incurred...

The mechanism of SC-CO2–brine–rock interaction (SCBRI) and its effect on the mechanical properties shale are crucial for oil development CO2 sequestration. To clarify influence SCBRI micromechanics shale, lamina matrix were saturated with SC-CO2–brine 2, 4, 6, 8 days, respectively. micro-scratch technique was then used to measure localized fracture toughness before after saturation. Combining results SEM-QEMSCAN-EDS analysis, differences in mineral composition (primarily composed carbonate...

Unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)-assisted multi-access edge computing (MEC) platforms are becoming an increasingly popular solution for infrastructure-less Internet of Vehicles (IoVs) due to their mobility and flexibility. To address the challenges uneven task offloading vehicle mobility, in this paper, we propose a mobility-aware service migration scheme UAV-assisted IoVs. We formulate placement, migration, UAV deployment as optimization problem minimize serving delay addressing IoVs, under...

In this article, a distributed resilient state estimation scheme is developed for nonlinear systems under sensor attacks. The implemented over multiagent network where each agent utilizes the estimates of local observable system states and information transmitted from its neighbors to construct median solver so that value can be approximately recovered. order obtain states, function decomposed an unknown input observer designed. Then, by using differential mean theorem, secure achieved in...

This article reports results of studies on the effects pH, temperature, particulate matter, organic and ions phage MS2 inactivation in pure water actual samples. Organic matter pH as well presence Br− I− strongly affected ozone MS2, whereas temperature had minimal effects. Moreover, nitrogen from ammonia a negligible effect inactivation. The delayed Chick–Watson model provided most suitable description by ozone. equation rate was also obtained, which correlated with measured results.

The effect of pH, temperature, particulate matter, organic and NH3 on phage MS2 inactivation using chlorine in pure water, synthetic water filtered samples was studied. And four possible models, including the Chick, Chick–Watson, Hom, delayed Chick–Watson models were attempted to fit experimental data. virus achieved 4 logs at a CT value 2.8 mg min/L, which met United States Environmental Protection Agency standards. However, over 2 mg/L needed achieve same goal originated from two local...

Total organic carbon (TOC) can reflect the total amount of matter in water. This paper introduces common methods measuring carbon, including high temperature combustion method, potassium persulfate oxidation spectrometry, ozone chemiluminescence supercritical water method and so on. At present, is most widely used for TOC measurement seawater, because its efficiency. sensor needs to be developed realize in-situ long-term monitoring.

Abstract Mobile edge computing (MEC) has risen as an effective approach to support ubiquitous and prosperous mobile applications. Due the strict delay requirements increasingly complex application environments, computation efficiency security have become bottleneck that restricts MEC system. Here, a blockchain‐enabled task offloading scheme is proposed, where sensitive tasks of user terminals (UTs) can be offloaded blockchain‐assisted base station (BS). The MEC‐assisted BS helps UTs compute...
