The goal of this work was to study the phenotypic susceptibility and resistance determinants N. gonorrhoeae isolates beta-lactam antimicrobials (benzylpenicillin ceftriaxone). A total 522 clinical collected in Russia 2015–2017 were analysed for using agar dilution method. DNA loci involved antimicrobial identified microarray analysis sequencing. Resistance benzylpenicillin remained high, with 7.7% resistant (MICpen > 1 mg/L) 47.5% showing intermediate = 0.12–1 mg/L). most frequent...

A total 267 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae obtained in 2016 from 16 regions the Russian Federation six federal districts: Southern, Central, Northwestern, Volga, Ural and Siberian were investigated. All microorganisms identified by biochemical profile on Vitek 2 Compact analyzer. Matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization-time flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-ToF MS) was used as an alternative method identification. Biochemical typing revealed atypical indistinctive enzymatic N....

Most of the developed countries as well Russian Federation have a dynamically developing quality assurance system for testing laboratory tests and safety perfumery cosmetic products entering market comprising regulatory legal framework, physical infrastructure appropriate methodical basis staff. At same time, it is necessary to develop alternative test methods adjusted on regular basis. In addition, optimize ensuring standard sample preparation conditions in response new forms when...

A total of 399 Neisseria gonorrhoeae clinical isolates collected in different regions the Russian Federation 20152017 were analyzed for tetracycline susceptibility and genetic markers resistance. Drug testing was performed by serial dilution method agar minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) measured according to “Guidelines microbial antibacterial agents No. 4.2.1890-04”. Tetracycline resistance determinants studied using hydrogel microarray with immobilized oligonucleotide probes able...
