ObjectivesThe distribution of the transmission onset COVID-19 relative to symptom is a key parameter for infection control. It often not easy study time, as it difficult know who infected whom exactly when.MethodsWe inferred time from 72 infector-infectee pairs in South Korea, either with known or contact dates, utilizing incubation period. Combining this data information infector's onset, we could generate COVID-19, using Bayesian methods. Serial interval be automatically estimated our...

INTRODUCTION: Neurosurgery residency training programs (NRTP) prioritize resident scholarly activity and research constitutes a key milestone for evaluation. The impact of NRTP resources reputation, as estimated by national rankings, on output remains unknown. METHODS: A total 30 NRTPs were stratified Doximity into top (#1-10)(H), middle (#40-47, 49, 50, 52)(M) low (#80-89)(L) program ranking tiers. Successful graduates from 2021 2022 identified each program. retrospective quantitative...

We performed one-stage lengthening using intercalary autogenous bone graft in 34 metatarsals and seven proximal phalanges 21 patients with congenitally short metatarsals. At operation, order to decrease the tension surrounding soft tissues, we gradually distracted osteotomies of affected bones for 20 30 minutes. The patients, all women, were followed up a mean period 2.1 years (1 6.5). average gain length metatarsal procedures was 14 mm (6 21), equivalent an increase 32% (11 51), phalangeal...

In this retrospective study, we analysed the clinical features of neurilemoma when it is located in muscle. Twelve patients had an intramuscular as shown on magnetic resonance (MR) scans and confirmed at operation. six was upper limb, five lower one back. The mean age 41 years (12 to 58). Nine complained only a palpable mass other three with slight tenderness. None neurological symptoms or signs, such radicular pain, positive Tinel sign, motor weakness. There were no postoperative...
