A novel, compact, and easy fabrication vector magnetic field sensor has been proposed investigated. The consists of a U-bent single-mode fiber fixed in magnetic-fluid-filled vessel. Neither mechanical modification nor additional grating is needed during the fabrication. results show that response fluid to can be used measure direction intensity via whispering gallery modes supported by structure with suitable bending radius. sensitivity 0.251 nm/°, maximum 0.517 nm/mT. Besides, this work...
A kind of dual-parameter sensor based on magnetic-fluid-coated nonadiabatic tapered microfiber (NTF) cascaded with fiber Bragg grating (FBG) is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. Simultaneous measurement magnetic field temperature realized by monitoring the variation NTF interference spectrum FBG characteristic dip. In range 0–18 mT, highest sensitivity can reach 1.159 nm/mT. The maximum up to −1.737 nm/°C in 25-50 °C. interferometer will find extensive application prospect due its...
A kind of novel and compact magnetic field sensor has been proposed investigated experimentally. The consists a tapered single mode fiber coupled with nanostructured fluid-infiltrated photonic crystal fiber, which is easy to be fabricated. response fluid used measure the intensity via whispering gallery mode. field-dependent shift in resonance wavelength observed. maximum sensitivity 53 pm/mT. inversely proportional thickness cladding.
We report the occurrence, mineralogy, whole-rock geochemistry, and geochronology of two types eclogites newly discovered in western Bangong Meso–Tethyan suture zone (Gaize, central Tibet, China). Type 1 contain a peak metamorphic mineral assemblage garnet + clinopyroxene whereas 2 ones are characterized by rutile. relatively more enriched Mg contents than ones. significantly TiO2, P2O5, light rare-earth elements, but depleted Al2O3 numbers. P–T estimates for both consistent with minimum...
A kind of ultrasensitive magnetic field sensor based on microfiber coupler and fluid (MF) is proposed investigated. As the working wavelength near birefringence-induced dispersion turning point (B-DTP), sensitivity has been enhanced considerably maximum can achieve −97.856 nm/mT. By tracking B-DTP, problem high but narrow detection range be solved. The temperature structure 0.816 nm/℃. advantages extremely sensitivity, which potential applications in high-precision measurement.
We conducted in situ U–Pb and Lu–Hf isotope analyses of 401 detrital zircons collected from the Songpan–Ganzi Triassic turbidite complex an attempt to understand provenance variations siliciclastic rocks crustal growth history central China. These exhibit a wide age spectrum with three major peaks at 1.7–2.0 Ga, 750–1050 Ma, 210–500 Ma. They are dominated by negative ϵHf(t) values large range. Synthesis zircon isotopic data indicate that turbiditic succession could have been derived...
The Triassic eclogite-bearing central Qiangtang metamorphic belt (CQMB) in the northern Tibetan Plateau has been debated whether it is a core complex underthrust from Jinsha Paleo-Tethys or an in-situ Shuanghu suture. CQMB thus key issue to elucidate crustal architecture of Plateau, tectonics eastern Tethys, and petrogenesis Cenozoic high-K magmatism. We here report newly discovered Baqing eclogite along extension near town, Tibet. These eclogites are characterized by garnet + omphacite...
