Utility properties of novel hybrid cement (H-Cement) are influenced by pozzolanic reaction fly ash, latent hydraulic metallurgical slag together with the alkali activation inorganic geopolymer based on precipitated waste water coming from bauxite residues. Content Portland clinker is at maximum 20 mass %, remaining portion consists geopolymer. Up to 80% CO2 emissions saved H-Cement manufacture compared ordinary (OPC). No heat treatment or autoclaving needed production. The field application...

Fly ashes, from an extensive database showing extremes in ratios of major oxides, are considered as potential raw meal ingredients for preparation sulfoaluminate cements. Simple algorithmized, essentially Bogue-like, computations performed order to create a link between the chemical composition meals and their mineralogical composition, expected result burning. The refer set three-component meals, all containing limestone gypsum but differing kind fly ash introduced third component....
