Echinocandins are generally excluded in the treatment of Candida-related urinary tract infections due to their poor concentration. In presence fluconazole resistant Candida species, such as C. Glabrata and auris, alternative therapies needed. We herein report use caspofungin for 10 patients with candiduria, including auris. Mycological cure was achieved 6 7 clinical 8 patients. Larger studies needed confirm our findings.
