The first "Cold" survey of the CMB anisotropy has been carried out for almost 100 days in 1980 with Northern Sector RATAN-600, by decision Yu.N. Parijskij at declination most famous Galactic object SS 433. Interestingly then this very variable sources was stable cantimeter wavelengths.
