Alumni (n=109) of master’s student affairs preparation programs were surveyed regarding their mastery learning outcomes based on the CAS Professional Studies curriculum standards. Results indicated that alumni confident in most areas professional preparation; however, confidence was lower assessment, evaluation, and research methods.
