GaSe nanoparticles obtained by direct interaction of laser radiation with Ga element and SeO2 solution were experimentally investigated. A pulsed Nd:YAG a duration 10 ns an energy 135 mJ per pulse was used as the source. The formation diameters ranging from 2 to 25 nm observed in colloidal solution. By X-ray diffraction analysis it found that crystal structure is same bulk material (hexagonal). It shown photoluminescence emission has dark orange color associated radiative recombination free excitons.
The features of photoconductivity and luminescence CdS thin films Cd 1-x Zn x S solid solutions obtained by chemical pulverization with subsequent pyrolysis under laser excitation have been studied experimentally. Pulsed liquid (473-547 nm) nitrogen (337 lasers were used as a radiation source. An experimental study was made the photoluminescence spectra depending on composition at different intensities relaxation curves nonequilibrium photoconductivity. It is shown that observed in are due...
The nonlinear light absorption at the fundamental edge under laser excitation in GaSe crystals has been investiqated experimentally. It is shown that high levels, coefficient shifted towards lower energies (red shift). refractive index positive frequencies below and negative on high-energy side. laser-induced change referred to as a selfdefocusing optical nonlinearity. Δn(ω) side selffocusing measured parameters showed exhibits strong properties.
Nonlinear light absorption and its time evolution at high optical excitation levels in GaSe InSe layered crystals have been experimentally investigated. It is shown that the nonlinear observed region of exciton resonance due to exciton-exciton interaction. The effect filling zones detected intensities leads a change coefficient refractive index. For nanoparticles obtained by chemical deposition method, quanta-dimensional was observed; width forbidden band dependent upon dimensions nanoparticles.
