Research of the effect dicationic gemini surfactant (3,3′-[1,8-(2,7-dioxahexane)]bis(1-dodecylimidazolium) dichloride (C6IMIC12) on fibrillation process IVAGVN peptide using microscopic, spectroscopic and molecular docking techniques.
The 1 H NMR relaxometry in combination with water proton spin-spin relaxation time measurements and rheometry have been applied to study the ionic gelation of 1% w/w aqueous low methoxyl pectin solution induced by divalent Ca 2+ cations from a calcium chloride solution. The model-free approach analysis data has used separate information on static (β) dynamic ( τc ) behaviour systems tested. The results confirm that average mobility both molecules is largely dependent concentration...
Carbon nanotubes and a number of other carbon nanomaterials have tendency to aggregate, which often resulted in difficulties dispersion these aqueous solutions. The ability dicationic (gemini) surfactants disperse multiwall water the dynamic processes taking place at water–multiwall (MWCTs) interface are studied. Stable dispersions with selected gemini (1,1′-(1,6-hexanediyl)bis(3-alkyloxymethylimidazolium) dichlorides) were prepared characterized by nuclear magnetic relaxation (NMRD), NMR...
Two polystyrene-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) diblock copolymers differing in molecular mass (49 and 78 kDa) but possessing the same PEO cylindrical morphology are examined to elucidate their dynamics. Of particular interest here is motion of blocks involved rigid amorphous fraction (RAF). An analysis complementary thermal calorimetry X-ray scattering data confirms presence microphase-separated as well semicrystalline structure each copolymer. Molecular within copolymer systems monitored...
The (1)H NMR Fast Field Cycling relaxometry was applied to study the molecular dynamics of human protein HC (alpha (1)-microglobulin), its hydration and aggregation in solution state. NMRD data have revealed complex nature water/protein system resulting from co-existence monomer dimer forms as well presence oligosaccharides linked polypeptide chain. A comparison average correlation time values <tau (c)> obtained model-free fits with predicted on basis hydrodynamic tau (r) theory, suggests...
