Formation of the micro- and nanodomain structures under action pyroelectric field induced by pulse IR laser heating was studied in congruent lithium tantalate. The generation of micro-droplets nutrient medium with living cells by pulsed electrohydrodynamic printing has been studied. In-situ visualization high-speed camera made it possible to measure the characteristic times droplet process and determine optimal parameters. Maximal frequency stable was achieved at 700 Hz.
