당뇨성 족부궤양 질환의 자동 진단을 위해 딥러닝 전이학습을 이용한 질환 분류 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 족부궤양의 공개된 이미지 데이터셋(DFU challenge 2021)을 활용하여 족부궤양을 정상과 질환을 분류할 수 있는 모델과 감염 및 허혈, 복합성 궤양 기타 궤양과 자동화된 의료 진단 구현하였다. 이를 6가지 심층 신경망 사용하여 학습하였고 모델의 정확도, 민감도, 정밀도, f1-score 성능을 모델별로 비교 평가하여 분류에 적합한 성능의 제시하였다. 개선하기 데이터 증강 불균형 처리를 활용하였고, 그 중 EfficientNetB3 데이터에 대해 정확도 89%, 민감도 89%를 달성하였다.
