Bloodstream infections caused by carbapenem-resistant bacteria have increased globally. Solid-organ transplant recipients are more prone to these infections. This study aimed compare the clinical courses of carbapenem-susceptible and Enterobacteriaceae bloodstream identify risk factors for carbapenem resistance in solid-organ recipients.
