A traffic flow model describing the formation and dynamics of jams was introduced by Berthelin et al. [“A for evolution jams,” Arch. Ration. Mech. Anal. 187, 185–220 (2008)], which consists a pressureless gas system under maximal constraint on density can be derived from Aw–Rascle condition ρ≤ρ* letting pressure vanish. In this paper, we give up consider following form: {ρt+(ρu)x=0,(ρu+εp(ρ))t+(ρu2+εup(ρ))x=0,in p(ρ)=−1ρ. The Riemann problem above is constructively solved. delta shock wave...
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect abdominal obesity and chronic inflammation on risk non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) among Chinese population. Overall, 50776 staff from Kailuan Group who participated in finished physical examinations between 2006 2007 were included cohort study. Their medical information collected they followed after examination. correlations waist-to-height ratio (WHtR) or serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-crp) with NAFLD analyzed....
We constructively solve the piston problem for one-dimensional isentropic Euler equations a modified Chaplygin gas. give rigorous proof of global existence and uniqueness shock wave separating constant states ahead when advances into The results are quite different from those pure gas or generalized gas, in which Radon measure solution is constructed to deal with concentration mass on piston. When recedes we show strictly that only first-family rarefaction exists front will never occur. In...
The Riemann solutions for the relativistic Euler equations generalized Chaplygin gas are considered. It is rigorously proved that, as pressure vanishes, they tend to two kinds of solutionsto zero-pressure equations, which include a delta shock formed by weighted $\delta$-measure and vacuum state.
In this paper, we investigate the vanishing adiabatic exponent limits of Riemann solutions to isentropic Euler equations for power law with a Coulomb-like friction term. The formation delta shock waves and vacuum states is identified analyzed as vanishes. Unlike homogeneous case, are no longer self-similar. We rigorously justify that, vanishes, term converge zero pressure gas dynamics model body force. Moreover, also give some numerical results confirm theoretical analysis.
In this paper, we investigate the limiting behavior of Riemann solutions to Euler equations compressible fluid flow for modified Chaplygin gas with body force as two parameters tend zero. The formation delta shock waves and vacuum states is identified analyzed during process vanishing pressure in solutions. concentration cavitation are fundamental physical phenomena dynamics, which can be mathematically described by vacuums, respectively. our main objective rigorously vacuums observe...
Research has identified a link between the triglyceride-glucose index (TyG-i) and risk of mortality in severely ill patients. However, it remains uncertain if TyG-i affects by influencing heart rate (HR). This study enrolled 3,509 participants from Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care (MIMIC-IV) database who had triglyceride, glucose, HR data upon entering ICU. Cox regression models were applied to estimate effect on 28-day all-cause (ACM) in-hospital (IHM). Additionally, Kaplan-Meier...
Polyetheretherketone (PEEK) has been used extensively in biomedical engineering and it is highly desirable for PEEK implant to possess the ability promote cell growth significant osteogenic properties consequently stimulate bone regeneration. In this study, a manganese modified (PEEK-PDA-Mn) was fabricated via polydopamine chemical treatment. The results showed that successfully immobilized on surface, surface roughness hydrophilicity significantly improved after modification. Cell...
The Riemann problem for the relativistic generalized Chaplygin Euler equations is considered. Its two characteristic fields are genuinely nonlinear, but nonclassical solutions appear. formation of mechanism $\delta-$shock analyzed, that one-shock curve and two-shock do not intersect each other in phase plane. constructed, Rankine-Hugoniot conditions $\delta-$entropy condition clarified. Moreover, under entropy condition, we constructively obtain waves.
In this paper, we constructively solve the Riemann problem for relativistic Euler equations with logarithmic equation of state. The concentration and cavitation phenomena are observed analyzed during process vanishing pressure in solutions. It is rigorously proved that, as vanishes, they tend to two kinds solutions zero-pressure equations, which include a delta shock formed by weighted δ-measure vacuum
In this paper, we investigate the concentration and cavitation phenomena of Riemann solutions for generalized Chaplygin gas equations in presence flux approximation. The are fundamental physical fluid dynamics, which can be mathematically described by delta shock waves vacuums (or constant density states), respectively. main objective paper is to rigorously formation states observe phenomena. First, problem under approximation solved constructively. Although system strictly hyperbolic its...

This paper is concerned with the interactions of δ-shock waves for Aw-Rascle traffic model split delta functions. The solutions are obtained constructively when initial data three piecewise constant states. global structure and large time-asymptotic behaviors analyzed case by case. Moreover, it can be found that Riemann stable such small perturbations studying limits perturbed parameter ε → 0.
