The photoneutron cross sections for ${\mathrm{Ni}}^{58}$, ${\mathrm{Ni}}^{60}$, and natural nickel from threshold up to 25 MeV have been measured. integrated ($\ensuremath{\gamma},n$) section ${\mathrm{Ni}}^{60}$ is 2.6 times as large the value two cross-section curves exhibit markedly different structure over giant-dipole resonance region. results suggest that it important include shell effects explicitly in theoretical treatment of states medium nuclei such isotopes.

The microstructure of Ta2O5 thin films, deposited onto Si substrates by atomic layer deposition (ALD), was investigated, using in situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
