In principle, catalytic dehydrogenative silylation and mono/dihydrosilylation tandem reactions of terminal alkynes with hydrosilanes provide gem-disilylated alkenes or gem-trisilylated alkanes, but very little progress has been made. In this paper, the effects of extraction temperature, pressure and dosage entrainer on flavonoids yield were studied. The optimal process determined by response surface method was temperature as 48.52°, 40MPa, 36.13mL, theoretical predictive 0.791%, actual verified 0.793%, there an interaction between entrainer. optimum orthogonal design 50°, 37.5mL, 0.779%. Although two methods obtained similar best processes, could provide more accurate information, final also highest, which worth promoting.
