This paper reports a study of vibrational, structural and morphological properties molybdenum oxide nanoribbons. Temperature‐dependent Raman spectroscopy measurements in MoO 3 nanoribbons revealed changes the 150–350 °C temperature range. No phase transitions were observed, thus showing that orthorhombic is stable from room (nanoribbons) up to 650 (bulk‐like phase) where large plates have been formed by coalescence The interpretation temperature‐dependent data (wavenumber linewidths)...

Fabrication and testing of micro-reactors for the characterization nanosensors is presented in this work. The reactors have a small volume (100 μl) are equipped with gas input/output channels. They were machined from single piece kovar order to avoid leaks system due additional welding. contact pins electrically insulated body reactor using borosilicate sealing glass was hermetically sealed lid an elastomeric o-ring. One advantages lies its simple assembly ease use any vacuum/gas system,...

In this work we used a new approach for electrical contact improvement between multi-wall carbon nanotubes and metallic electrodes by localized laser heating. The were suspended, using the dielectrophoresis technique, over gap of 1μm width 5μm depth connecting ends patterned electrodes. Subsequently, as deposited directly heated, in ambient atmosphere, having wavelength 473nm. Raman signal nanotubes, through its G band displacement, was to determine process temperature parameter controlled...

A new approach to improve the electrical and thermal contacts between multi-walled carbon nanotubes metallic electrodes was developed by using spatially localized laser heating coupled with a micro Raman equipment. After deposition dielectrophoresis, were heated in ambient atmosphere focused beam order of nanostructures different (W, Ti Au) also excite signal nanotubes. The changes vibrational frequencies bands provides real time feedback treatment conditions allowing estimate local...

In this work, we report the fabrication of micro-reactors for characterization nano-sensors based on suspended nanoparticle-decorated carbon nanotubes (CNTs/NPs). The capsules were fabricated from a single Kovar® piece, having small volume chamber (100µl). Gold thin films sputtered onto Si/SiO 2 substrates and electrodes patterned using electrochemical deposition, photolithography wet chemical corrosion. order to obtain devices nanotubes, prior CNTs 1µm wide 5µm deep gap was milled in...
