Due to the expansion of high-speed Internet access, need for secure and reliable networks has become more critical. The sophistication network attacks, as well their severity, also increased recently. In this paper, a new intelligent intrusion detection system been proposed using SVM ensemble. ensemble was made two-layer, one is composed by five decided winner-take-all, other classifier majority voting. KDD99 data sets used test which achieve better performance.
To improve the performance of secondary structure prediction, a multi-SVM ensemble was applied, bagging used to resample training dataset. The SVM made two-layer, one is composed by three network decided winner-take-all, other five classifier majority voting. Seven-fold cross-validation test on RS126 dataset indicated that could achieve better prediction.
