SUMMARY The natural history of visceral artery aneurysms, and in particular those the hepatic artery, is unclear. clinical presentation can include upper abdominal pain, bleeding into gastrointestinal tract, obstructive jaundice. We present case a middle‐aged woman with right quadrant pain palpable mass, whom thrombosed aneurysm was found to be cause.
Enterocutaneous fistulas most commonly develop as a post operative complication of bowel surgery, though in 15% to 20% cases occur spontaneously.Development is more frequent after emergency surgery when the patient preparation poor or chronically debilitated, mal nourished patient.Here we report case enterocutaneous fistula involving both large and small developed adhesiolysis with resection anastomosis for acute intestinal obstruction.
