Besides the level scheme, absolute transition strengths between excited states yield fundamental information on nuclear structure and can be determined from lifetimes. The $g$ factor of the isomeric $I={9}^{+}$ bandhead yrast states in $^{128}\mathrm{Cs}$ is obtained from time differential perturbed angular distribution measurement performed with electromagnet at IPN Orsay.
