We report on the fabrication and characterization of a Schottky ultraviolet graphene/AlGaN/GaN photodetector (PD). The fabricated device clearly exhibits rectification behaviour, indicating that barrier is formed between AlGaN mechanically transferred graphene. parameters are evaluated using an equivalent circuit with two diodes connected back-to-back in series. PD shows low dark current 4.77 × 10−12 A at bias voltage −2.5 V. room temperature current–voltage (I–V) measurements exhibit large...

Abstract Herein, Ag/TiO 2 /Nylon 6/PMMA catalyst system was developed, and its photocatalytic properties were fully analyzed. XRD, SEM, EDS, PL analyses carried out to get information on crystal structure, micromorphology, elemental composition, band gap energy. Photocatalytic degradation followed by UV–vis spectrophotometry. The of the found be between 2.51 3.1 eV. Up 80% achieved under UV light irradiation. No bulk adsorption observed, which means that reaction completely process. pH 3...

Abstract Elastomeric polymers are interesting materials for polymer chemists and other novel material designers in the field of industrial technological science, because their physical (mechanical, thermal electrical) properties. In context this study, 35% 68% styrene-(ethylene-butylene)-styrene (SEBS) containing mixtures, namely SEBS35 SEBS68, were focused on among our synthesized SEBS blends which compose microstructures. The structural changes, globular contents (globules) uniformities...

Abstract In this study, styrene-(ethylene-butylene)-styrene (SEBS) samples with different viscosities were cured using 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(t-butylperoxy) hexane (DBPH) and dicumyl peroxide (DCP) separately in the presence of co-agents 2,4,6-tris-2-propenyloxy-1,3,5-triazin (TAC) or 1,3,5-trially-s-triazine-2,4,6,(1H,3H,5H)-trione (TAIC). Curing was carried out by means a moving die rheometer device (MDR). rate constants energy activation obtained. Swelling percent gelation values evaluated...

Abstract Low‐molecular‐weight atactic poly(propylene oxide) and poly(epichlorohydrin) (PECH) were chlorinated on average up to 4.42 chlorine atoms per repeat unit. A study of the products showed that substitution preferentially occurred already units, yielding ‐rich ‐poor sequences. As extent increased, glass‐transition temperature polymers markedly their solubility in most organic solvents drastically decreased. The azidified with NaN 3 dimethyl sulfoxide solutions. An analysis azide groups...
