빠르게 성장하는 온라인 시장에서 소비자는 사진에 담긴 상품의 이미지를 통해 정보를 얻는다. 그러나 이미지 활용하여 소비자의 구매 행동을 분석하려는 시도는 다소 제한적이었다. 본 연구는 인공지능의 분석 기술로 얻어진이미지 데이터를 행동에 대한 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 구체적으로 속성 및 판매가격을 기반으로 상품을 군집화하고, 해당 군집에 속한 구매한 모든 분석하여 각 군집 별소비자의 특성 차이를 연구하였다. 국내 대표 쇼핑업체로부터 받은 2021년 3월부터 7월 중 판매된 16,462 개의 원피스 데이터와 원피스를 182,108명의 4,248,396건의 상품 데이터가 분석에 사용되었다. 분석의 결과 3개의 군집으로 나누었고, 동일 기간 바탕으로 군집별 소비자간 유의미한 특징을 파악하였다. ‘럭셔리 커리어우먼룩 선호형’ 타 군집의 소비자대비 1회 시 지출하는 총액이 크며, 비교적 가격대가 높은 가전제품, 명품, 백화점 카테고리에 속하는 구매비중이 높았다. 한편 ’편안한 일상룩...
