Previous studies have confirmed that heat shock protein 90 overexpression can lead to dopaminergic neuronal death. This study was designed further investigate what effects are produced by after endurance exercise training. Immunohistochemistry results showed training significantly inhibited in the soleus and gastrocnemius Parkinson's disease rats, which is a potential therapeutic target for ameliorating skeletal muscle abnormalities disease.

BACKGROUND Skeletal muscle atrophy has been reported in patients with Parkinson disease (PD). The purpose of this study was to examine the potential implication interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNFα), and nuclear kappa B (NF B) skeletal following PD induction. MATERIAL AND METHODS Chronic Parkinsonism induced 10 albino mice by MPTP/probenecid treatment, while other remained without treatment were subsequently used as controls. Gastrocnemius muscles examined for...

Apoptosis has been implicated in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease (PD). is characterized by skeletal muscle abnormalities. The aim this study to illustrate impact PD induction on expression apoptotic mediators. Twenty normal albino mice were randomly selected and equally divided control groups. Chronic Parkinsonism was induced group using 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine probenecid (MPTP/p). After that, samples from gastrocnemius muscles evaluated immunohistochemistry...

BACKGROUND Apoptosis plays a key role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson disease (PD). Active caspase-3, which is proapoptotic factor, has been shown to reduce cardiac contractility, causing dysfunction many pathological diseases. Reduced contractility and autonomic have reported PD patients mice treated with MPTP. The aim this study was show impact induction on expression apoptotic mediators p53 active caspase-3 heart. MATERIAL AND METHODS Equal control groups were formed by 20 randomly...

Cerebellar Purkinje cell (PC) death has been shown to occur in essential tremor, ataxia, and many other neurodegenerative diseases humans. Shaker mutant rats have an X-linked recessive mutation that causes hereditary degeneration of “at risk” cerebellar PCs. This defect can the restricted anterior (ADC) posterior (PDC) vermal compartments postnatally within 7 14 weeks age as a natural phenotype shaker rat. “Secure” PCs persist flocculonodular survival compartment (FNSC). Because we...

Induction of Parkinson disease (PD) causes interleukin-1 beta (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) upregulation in gastrocnemius skeletal muscles. Endurance exercise suppresses iNOS HSP90 overexpression PD muscle. The purpose this study is to test the impact treadmill training on PD-associated IL-1β TNF-α muscle.Thirty normal albino mice were randomly selected divided into three equal groups: sedentary control (SC), (SPD), Exercised (EPD). Chronic Parkinsonism was induced by...

Mechanisms underlying Purkinje cell (PC) death, which leads to many diseases in humans, are still poorly elucidated. Progressive PC degeneration occurs shaker mutant rat due an X-linked recessive mutation leading gait ataxia and total-body tremors. Chemoablation of the inferior olive (IO) olivocerebellar deafferentation temporally accelerated death from natural 6-8 week time-course 1-2 weeks rat. The present study posits that IO chemoablation augmented upregulation executioner active...

Active caspase-3-mediated apoptosis has been implicated in the pathogenesis of harmaline-induced tremor. The aim this study is to illustrate impact tremor induction on expression factors mediating cell surface death receptor-dependent apoptosis. A total 20 normal Wistar rats were randomly selected and equally divided into control experimental groups. Tremor was induced group by injecting with a single dose harmaline (50 mg/kg).
