This article presents a novel decoupling technique for the circularly polarized multiple-inputmultiple- output (CP-MIMO) system composed of Guoshaped patch antennas. A comparative study has been conducted on antenna performance as function packing distance before and after applying technique. prototype two-element Guo-shaped MIMO at small inter-element spacing 12.5 mm devised aiming 5G new radio n38 (2.57-2.62 GHz) applications. Simulation reinforced with experimental results confirmed...
This research communication introduces a Chinese-character artistic antenna, wherein Guo-shaped patch antenna is devised for circular-polarization applications. The novelty emphasized by printed in standard SimHei font at the antenna's front end. singly-fed and cavity-backed metallic-box reflector to enhance forward directivity (~7dBic) front-to-back radiation ratio (~20 dB). exhibits an axial-ratio bandwidth of 120 MHz that covers 2.4 GHz band wireless local-area network (WLAN) IEEE...
Unknown dielectric properties of RF/microwave substrates cause headaches for microwave circuit and antenna designers. Most commercial reinforced made from layers woven-glass and/or ceramic fillings lead to anisotropy. Often, re-optimization even re-fabrication designed prototypes are required when measuring results found be departed the prediction. These time consuming costly. In order determine unknown complex permittivity any substrates, this paper describes a hybrid approach composed two...
This paper presents a 1x3 circularly-polarized patch antenna array designated as the Chinese dream array. The three-element was implemented by using character-shaped artistic antennas (APAs): Zhong-Guo-Meng. individual radiate right-handed circular polarization (RHCP) in broadside direction, and excited one-to-three power divider with equal-power distributions its feeding network. CP exhibits an axial ratio bandwidth impedance of 310 MHz 835 MHz, respectively, at center frequency 2400 MHz.
This paper presents the results of mutual coupling study into Chinese-character-shaped patch antennas. A number two-element arrays composed side-by-side identical and non-identical circularly polarized (CP) antenna elements are investigated. Our reveal that Guo-Meng array nonidentical exhibit better reduction with less fluctuation versus frequency as compared Guo-Guo Meng-Guo scenarios. new technique is also introduced here to suppress below -20 dB at, beyond, separation 0.75 wavelengths at 2.5 GHz.
