Mixed metal oxide nanocomposites (NCs) comprising Cu-Sr (CS), Sr-Cd (SC), and Cd-Cu (CC) were fabricated via a sol-gel method. Structural investigations of samples carried out X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS), photoelectron (XPS). The Maxwell-Wagner model, attributing to poor conducting layers around the grains, was indicated be followed by all NCs while investigating dielectric properties. Space-charge polarization hoping...
Syntheses of thirty 2,4,6-trichlorophenylhydrazine Schiff bases 1-30 were carried out and evaluated for their in vitro DPPH radical super oxide anion scavenging activities. Compounds have shown a varying degree activity IC50 values range between 4.05-369.30 µM. The compounds 17, 28, 18, 14, 8, 15, 12, 2, 29, 7 exhibited ranging 4.05 ± 0.06-24.42 0.86 µM which are superior to standard n-propylgallate (IC50 = 30.12 0.27 µM). Selected superoxide scavenger 91.23-406.90 28 showed 91.23 1.2-105.31...
Abstract The study deals with the green and eco-friendly synthesis characterization of cobalt oxide nanoparticles using leaf extract Citrus medica plant. crystalline nature functional groups analysis Nps was confirmed by X-ray diffraction diffused reflectance infra-red spectroscopy respectively. band gap calculated Tauc plot. Scanning microscope carried out to get an insight structural morphology catalyst. catalyst found be very active for degradation methyl orange dye a small amount (0.006...
In this paper, we have examined eight new first‐row transition metal complexes ( 1 – 8 ). Mutli‐donor ligands based on barbituric and thiobarbituric acids were used in complexation reactions. The synthesized analyzed using FT‐IR UV–vis spectroscopy, elemental (CHN) analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis. These exhibited significant urease enzyme inhibition with IC 50 values the range of 13.73 ± 1.08–43.21 1.50 μM. We observed excellent binding orientation these active site...
A wild aquatic plant, Eichhornia Crassipes, and polyethylene have been converted into liquid product thermo-catalytically cost effectively through co-pyrolysis using batch steel pyrolyzer. The Fe CaCO3 catalysts were obtained as wastes from various mechanical processes. catalytic process was compared with non-catalytic pyrolysis. effect of reaction conditions investigated in order to find out the optimized conditions. It found that favorable 450 °C temperature 1-h time at a heating rate 1...
The overexpression of urease is the root cause peptic ulcers and gastritis. Therefore, introducing new inhibitors against a possible therapeutic approach to overcoming pathogenesis; for instance, limiting risk development urinary calculi. Moreover, glycation leading several complications. Thus, in this study, we synthesized novel terephthalic dihydrazide analogues evaluated their biological importance. These were characterized using advanced spectroscopic techniques, such as 1H NMR, 13C 19F...
2,4,6-Trichlorophenyl hydrazones 1-35 were synthesized and their in vitro antiglycation potential was evaluated. Compounds 14 (IC50 = 27.2 ± 0.00 μM), 18 55.7 μM) showed an excellent activity against glycation of protein, better than the standard (rutin, IC50 70 0.50 μM). This study thus identified a novel series agents. A structure-activity relationship has been studied, all compounds characterized by spectroscopic techniques. Keywords: 2,4,6-trichlorophenyl hydrazones, Schiff bases,...
Diclofenac or 2-[(2′,6′-dichlorophenyl)amino]phenyl}acetic acid (dcf) is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug, and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) well-known enzyme inhibitor. In this study, three new alkali metal complexes (1–3) containing both phen dcf were prepared, their structures characterized by variety of analytical techniques including infrared UV–vis spectroscopy, 1H NMR 13C elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. these complexes, binds via...
Synthesis of bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole derivatives as novel and potential urease inhibitors.Despite many important biological activities associated with oxadiazoles, they are still neglected by medicinal chemists for their possible inhibitory activity. Keeping in view the countless importance inhibitors, we have synthesized a new library substituted bis-oxadiazole (1-21) to evaluate potential.Synthesis potential.Bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole 1-21 were through sequential reactions using starting material...
