This study aims to detect vehicles that are on the side of parking lot so it can be used as a smart system for management and find out information availability spaces. In this study, authors Haar Cascade Classifier, YOLOv3 then compared them get best accuracy in detecting parked cars. The test was carried using ten different scenarios, highest obtained 96.88% with probability 90%. contrast, by Classifier is 63.34%.
