The crystallographic texture formation in AK9ch aluminum alloy (9.6% Si; 0.3% Mg; 0.1% Fe; Mn, the rest – Al) specimens manufactured using Additive Friction Stir Deposition (AFS-D) technology at room temperature is investigated. analysis was conducted inverse pole figures (IPFs) obtained by X-ray diffraction methods. results reveal presence of shear, torsion, deformation, and recrystalization com-ponents both types specimens. horizontal vertical samples differs set components character their...
Alternating bending shear stresses lead to the formation of twin orientations in texture FCC materials with middle and low stacking fault energy (SFE). Only stainless steel a SFE during alternating different number cycles components {111}; {hkl}; {001} were formed. Copper (middle SFE), along twinning cubic formed orientation deformation {135}. During aluminum (high dynamic recovery occurred. The share initial increases increase reaches its maximum after three cycles. Share component Goss...
The effect of low-cycle alternating bending at room temperature on the crystallographic texture, metallographic structure, and elastic properties sheets MgLi5 (mass) magnesium alloy after warm cross-rolling has been studied. Texture is differed from texture pure magnesium. initial characterized by a wide scatter basal poles in transverse direction. In process bending, changes structure (which represented equiaxed grains containing twins) lead to regular anisotropy properties.
The crystallographic texture of the metal tubular samples carved from furnace coils, involved in processing oil after various periods operation, was studied by X-ray diffraction means constructing inverse pole figures. The 15Kh5M ferritic chromiummolybdenum steel and 08Kh18N10T austenitic chromium-nickel normal direction (ND) to surface tubes, rolling (RD) coinciding with tube axis transverse (TD) tangential (circumferential) tubes. The coercive force measured axial circumferential...
The tests of uniaxial tensile by 10, 20, and 30% at strain rates 0.1, 1, 60, 120, 300 mm/min in rolling direction transverse recrystallized cold-rolled low-carbon steel sheets were carried out. effect rate degree deformation on the texture, structure, mechanical properties studied. texture transformations growth anisotropy with increasing up to 120 are explained crystallographic intragranular slip twinning mechanism. further increase leads scattering decreasing anisotropy, which bound...
The measuring of the constants single-crystals requires availability crystals relatively big size. In this paper elastic single magnesium alloy with zinc, zirconium, and rare earth metals (REM) were determined by means experimental anisotropy Young’s modulus integral characteristics texture (ICT), which found from pole figures. Using these sheet ZE10 was calculated. Deviation calculated values did not exceed 2%.
Influence of low-cycle reverse bending and the crystallographic texture on damage anisotropy commercial titanium sheets during subsequent uniaxial tensile tests was studied. The fourth-rank order tensor D used at analysis sheets. Only sole component D=1−E/E0 this is not equal to zero for tension (E0 E elastic modulus intact material current determined from tests, respectively). Damage caused by stresses proof strength ultimate estimated. increases with increasing number cycles. correlations...
Problem statement. Polycrystals' physical and mechanical properties are determined by the corresponding of single crystals (crystallites) that make up polycrystal, their distribution orientation in polycrystal (texture). In metals with a hexagonal structure, use Kearns texture parameters, which show degree coincidence axis crystallites given direction polycrystalline sample, allows determining property this direction, if crystal its perpendicular known. It is also possible to solve inverse...
Crystallographic texture and microstructure of low-alloyed steel after twist extrusion (TE) subsequent cold rolling along across the TE axis were studied. Effect of low-cycle alternating bending and the crystallographic texture on damage anisotropy mild steel sheets DC01 (St 1.0330) at subsequent uniaxial tensile tests was examined. Analysis sheet material performed using a symmetric tensor D second order. In case stress is not equal to zero only sole component this tensor. This defined by formula , where elastic modulus intact material; E current determined tests. Anisotropy mechanical properties take place in after deformation bending. The...
