The chemical compositions of the essential oils from aerial parts Tagetes filifolia Lag. („Anís serrano“), elliptica Sm. („Chincho“) and minuta L. („Huacatay“) Perú were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. main constituents were: trans-anethole (88.2%) methyl chavicol (10.9%) for T. filifolia; trans-ocimenone (51.7%), cis-tagetone (17.7%) cis-ocimenone (7.7%) minuta; 6,7-epoxy myrcene (31.9%), dihydrotagetone (22.0%), (12.0%) (8.0%) elliptica.

Objective: The study aim was to determine the proximate composition and amino acid profiles of seeds, leaves, pods, flowers Erythrina edulis that are consumed in Oxapampa, Perú.
